Once a repair is scheduled over the phone, the technician will drive out to the location and diagnose the problem. After he is certain what is causing the problem he will write an estimate which will be the total cost of the repair including parts
(if new parts are required) and labor. It is up to the customer if the repair gets done or not, if the customer agrees with the estimate then the technician will go ahead with the repair. In order to provide the best customer service, no work is done unless the customer signs the invoice sheet.
There have been many instances where a customer will call and request a quote over the phone. Unfortunetly we are unable to provide quotes over the phone since there are no technicians in our office and it is impossible to estimate a repair without fully inspecting the problem. This is the reason we encourage our customers to schedule a time which is convenient for them in order for the technician to go out and look at the appliance. We are set out to satisfy the customer and we are able to come out at any time that is conenient for you. We also have same day service which is available in most cases at no extra charge.
